Resource Assignments can be created directly from the Project Explorer.  Select the plus symbol adjacent to the Work Package you would like to add a Resource Assignment to.  Select the Resource Type and Cost Class for the Resource Assignment.  Create the Resource Assignment the same as creating one in the Cost Estimating Form.
To modify an existing Resource Assignment, expand the WBS, Work Package, and Resource the Resource Assignment exists under and select the pencil icon. The selected Resource Assignment will open in a modal where it can be edited. To delete a Resource Assignment, select the trash can icon next to the pencil.
