Navigate to Admin - Projects and select the Resources tab at the top of the page to view Resource Files. To create a new resource file, select “Add a New Resource File” and fill out the form. Rate file, Format 1030 file, and Linked Code Files from the create a resource file form can be left as none or blank. Resource Code Creation To create a Resource Code, select the Resource Codes link in the Modify Codes column of the Resource File you would like to add a Resource too.  Scroll down and select Add a New Code from the bottom of the screen. Enter a Resource ID, Description, and select the Resource Type. Element of Cost can be left as none to create a resource. To view the Resource Results or the Resource Codes, select the corresponding link from the correct Modify column. If you would like to view the Resource Calculations, select Resource Codes. Resource Results Selecting Resource Results will display options to add, edit or delete a Resource Result. Resource Codes (and Calculations) Selecting Resource Codes will allow you to view the specific Resources in the Resource File. To add a new code, select Add New Code from the bottom of the screen. The Assigned column will show the number of places that Resource has been assigned. Clicking on this number will bring up a modal that shows the WBS and Work Package this resource is assigned. To view the Calculations for a Resource, select the Calculations link under the Modify Calculations column. Selecting Calculations will allow you to edit an existing Calculation, but is also the way to set Calculations for a new Code.
