Adding supporting documents strengthens your work by providing context, evidence, and traceability. They help reviewers verify accuracy, ensure compliance, and maintain a clear record of decisions and assumptions made throughout the project. Step-by-Step Guide:
  1. Navigate to the Supporting Documents Tab:
    1. Go to the Budget Form module.
    2. Select the correct Project, WBS, and WP.
    3. Open the Supporting Documents tab.
  1. Choose an Upload Method: You have two options for uploading supporting documents.
    1. Option A: Upload Files
      1. Drag and drop your files directly into the upload area, or
      2. Browse your computer to select the files.
    2. Option B: Add an External Link
      1. Enter a name for the link.
      2. Provide the link URL.
  1. Save:
    1. Click save to finalize your upload.
  2. Review Uploaded Documents:
    1. Once saved, your documents will appear in Dash360.
    2. Supporting documents do not change any information in the Budget Form.
    3. They are useful for reviews, validations, and checks on completed work.
