Video walkthrough
Writing a risk, planning how you will handle it, checking the data holds up, and running the numbers; then a tour of the Pro features at the end. What each tier includes
Which tier your organization has is set per environment by your Dash360 administrator. If you are not sure, look at the Risk Analysis page: if Cost and Schedule Uncertainty carries a PRO badge, you are on Lite.
Included in both Lite and Pro
Lite is a complete workflow on its own. It produces a real cost distribution from a full simulation, not a colour-coded grid, and it quantifies what your response plan is worth.
Added by Pro
Fields you can fill in on Lite today
Three fields on the risk form carry a PRO badge but stay fully editable in Lite: Start Date, Finish Date, and Add Activities. Their only consumers are Pro features, so nothing on a Lite page reads them yet. Probability and Cost Impact are not badged: they drive the cost Monte Carlo on both tiers.Where to go next
1
Setting Risk up for the first time
An administrator has to configure risk IDs, categories, types, and thresholds before anyone can add a risk. Start at How to Set Up Risk.
2
Working the register day to day
Risk Register is the full reference for adding, mitigating, classifying, and reporting on risks.
3
Running the numbers
Risk Analysis covers the simulation, reading the results, and saving runs. For the methodology behind it, see How the Dash360 Monte Carlo Works.
